What will you do?
As Inside Sales Manager you are a crucial link within the sales team, you are the first point of contact for our customers and partners, understand their needs and effortlessly translate them into appropriate solutions. With your electronic knowledge and enthusiasm you will ensure an optimal customer experience and contribute to achieving our commercial goals. In addition, you work closely with colleagues in the R&D department to share customer insights and ensure that our solutions perfectly match market needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactively approach potential customers and partners and identify new opportunities;
- Follow up on leads;
- Responsible for preparing and sending quotes;
- Support the sales team with customer information and sales strategies;
- Participate in (international) trade fairs;
- Collaborate with marketing to translate market feedback into targeted campaigns;

- You have a completed (electrical or building) technical education;

- You have strong communication and organizational skills;
- You are proactive and take initiative;

- You have good command of the Dutch and English languages.
