What will you do?

As an R&D Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for technical project management within our product development processes. You switch effortlessly between managing teams, coordinating external parties and monitoring technical details. You supervise projects from A to Z, from drafting requirements to introducing new products to the market.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate product development projects in the areas of hardware, software and housing, including drafting requirements with customers and conducting New Product Introductions (NPI);
  • Independently design custom energy monitoring and management solutions for customers, based on existing solutions from the Xemex product portfolio;
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners and manage both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Technical guidance for (re)certification of our products;
  • Hand-on testing of pre-production prototypes

What do you bring?

  • A completed technical education at college or university level in the direction of electrical engineering;
  • Experience in software development is a plus;
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder management experience;
  • Hands-on experience with testing and/or certification is a strong plus;
  • You love challenges and know how to achieve ambitious goals;
  • You know how to deal with change; you enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-growing organization;
  • You have good knowledge of the Dutch and English languages.
