What will you do?
As Sales Manager Belgium you are the driving force behind the expansion of our market reach and play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our customer and partner network in the field of Energy Management Systems, our own Cloudbased energy monitoring and management platform and its sub-components, such as data loggers, energy gateways, energy meters and load balancing devices. You identify and track the (technological) needs of our current and future customers and partners and translate them into our own practical solutions, offers and know how to close the deals. You understand both the technical aspects of our products and solutions, as well as the needs of our customers and partner and know how to align them perfectly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract new partners and customers in the energy market.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with installers and energy companies and proactively manage these partnerships.
- Drive our partners to action by inspiring and motivating them.
- Identify and develop new go-to-market strategies for our latest products and services.
- Analyze customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Keeping abreast of market developments and technical innovations to stay ahead.
Who are you?
- At least 5 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in energy transition;
- A completed (electrical or building) technical education;
- A proven track record in identifying and developing new partners and customers;
- Experience in securing and managing long-term (recurring) contracts is a plus;
- You are proactive and take initiative;
- You are strong in relationship management and know how to gain trust from customers and partners;
- You love challenges and know how to achieve ambitious goals;
- You know how to deal with change; you enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-growing organization;
- You have good knowledge of the Dutch and English languages.
