Vacancy: Product Manager
Job
As product manager within Xemex, you will be the one in charge of the ins and outs (and further development) of our current products and solutions. In addition, together with colleagues from other departments, you will convert ideas into products and solutions. For this, you will create a solid strategic plan.
Our products and solutions are mainly in the field of high electronics (hardware and software, also in combination with the cloud) in the many facets of energy transition. These include monitoring and managing solar panels, charging stations, heat pumps and combinations thereof. All this combined in an Energy Management System.
To support our strong growth, you will work with our diverse team to successfully get our products and solutions to our partners and customers.

What will you be doing within Xemex?
- Managing existing products and solutions
- Thinking up and creating new product ideas
- Function as product owner in the scrum team
- Managing product roadmaps , including setting and managing targets and priorities
- Drawing up business plans and sales forecasts (together with sales), and managing prices and margins
- Keeping track of relevant trends
- Reporting to and communicating with stakeholders
- Maintaining contacts and agreements with our (international) suppliers
What do you bring?
We are looking for a professional who combines commercial acumen with analytical rigour, problem-solving skills and logical thinking. The ideal candidate shows proactivity, enthusiasm and likes to take initiative, both as a team player and independently. Strong communication skills, the ability to coach and motivate others, and the ability to provide constructive-critical feedback are essential. Stress resistance and the ability to deal with change make you suited to a dynamic working environment. Supplemented by the points below:
- You preferably have a technical bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent through experience.
- You have a general knowledge or affinity of product management processes of electronic devices in a B2B context.
- You have a talent for planning and organisation
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English
- You are willing to travel, including between and to the Xemex locations in Rosmalen (Netherlands) and Schoten/Antwerp (Belgium), where it is convenient that you live in the south of the Netherlands
